Pervez Musharraf, the Pakistani President miraculously survived an assassination attempt by terrorists(25-12-2003)
On 20th December 2003, Libya decided to giveup Biological,Chemical and Nuclear weapons
In the Georgian Velvet Revolution on 23rd November 2003, the President was forced to step down.
 

  
The first Astronaut of China was sent to the Orbit on 15th October 2003

In a detailed search, no destructive weapons were found in Iraq (24-09-2003)

Iraq started it's terrorists attack beginning from a car bombing at Jordanian Embassy and at the UN Headquarters in Bagdad (07-08-2003)
